Grafter is hiring for a range of contract and short-term jobs across the UK. We currently have a client looking to fill a role with the following description:

Customer Service Support:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
Assist customers in selecting products, processing orders, and resolving issues.
Provide timely updates on order status, shipping, and product availability.

Order Management:

Process online orders and ensure that customers’ needs are met in a timely manner.
Monitor stock levels and liaise with inventory teams to ensure products are available for order.
Ensure accurate data entry and update customer records in the system.

Sales Assistance:

Promote online products and services to customers through digital channels.
Work with the sales team to develop promotional strategies for online platforms.

You would be engaged, managed, and paid by the employer, using the Grafter platform.
