Overview

We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Online Music Tutors. This part-time, remote position offers the opportunity to share your love of music and provide instruction to students of all levels. No previous tutoring experience is required; we welcome candidates who have proficiency in playing musical instruments and are eager to help others learn.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual music lessons with students via online platforms, focusing on various instruments and musical styles.
  • Provide personalized instruction and guidance to meet the individual learning needs of each student, adapting teaching methods to their level of proficiency.
  • Offer support with instrument technique, music theory, sight-reading, and performance skills.
  • Cover a wide range of musical instruments, including but not limited to:
    • Piano/Keyboard
    • Guitar (acoustic, electric, bass)
    • Violin
    • Drums/Percussion
    • Voice/Singing
    • Woodwind instruments (flute, clarinet, saxophone)
    • Brass instruments (trumpet, trombone, French horn)
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and musical expression.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments listed above.
  • Ability to effectively communicate musical concepts and techniques to students of different ages and skill levels.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or tablet with video conferencing capabilities.
