We are seeking module tutors with a Computing background to work across both our UG and PG Programmes to join our dynamic online faculty.
In this role, you will lead and support the learning of our online students working in close collaboration with our university partner, the University of Essex.

What you’ll bring to the role
Essential criteria
A Masters in a related area.
Experience of teaching and assessing at some/all levels 4-7 within the UK HE sector.
A willingness to teach at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels as required/appropriate to experience.
Excellent IT skills, primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online meeting software.
Good interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with academic colleagues, tutors and students both face-to-face and in a virtual environment.
Experience of working with students from a range of cultural backgrounds.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Reliable internet connection.
We can only consider candidates who are UK residents. UK residency means you must reside in the UK for at least 183 days per tax year.
Due to the freelance nature of this role, we cannot accept applications from candidates on a student visa (previously a tier 4 visa).
Desirable criteria
A PhD in a related area (essential for Supervision of MSc Major Projects).
Industry experience.
Experience of teaching in an online environment.
Familiarity of the UK Higher Education sector and UK Quality Assurance.
Relevant Higher Education teaching qualification.
Fellowship recognition by AdvanceHE.
