Role Overview

You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, organization, and availability of product data across multiple platforms, including internal systems, e-commerce, and customer-facing channels. Key tasks include:

• Collaborating with Commercial and Product teams to gather and update product specifications
• Supporting e-commerce, retailers, and digital partners with accurate product data and digital assets
• Managing product descriptions, technical specifications, imagery, and other data points
• Coordinating product data during launches and discontinuations
• Enhancing product findability and SEO through structured metadata
• Maintaining the Product Information Management (PIM) system
• Configuring and maintaining PIM/DAM systems
• Establishing and enforcing data governance policies

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in a data-focused marketing role
• Experience with PIM systems (e.g., Akeneo)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of website content development to maximize visitor engagement
• Confident communication skills at all levels
• Experience with website CMS systems
