Asda is seeking an Online Manager to lead the in-store online operation in Eastleigh. You will ensure the online team stays engaged, schedules routes for vans, and keeps customers happy by maintaining strong pick accuracy and service levels.

You will drive the online shrink agenda, implement structured processes, and make data‑driven decisions about resource planning and rota allocation to support a reliable and responsive online service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
• Operational knowledge of Online retail environments and fulfilment processes.
• Ability to drive availability, pick accuracy and shrink reduction through structured routines.

Responsabilités

You will be responsible of the online shrink agenda with structured process and data lead decisions and validating picker and driver resource for the store through effective rota planning making sure the team is driving picking accuracy to guarantee consistency on the online operation.

• Drive strategy into action: Planning and executing all trading activity on the shopfloor, delivering great availability standards, key metrics and KRAs through routine and processes.
• Lead with impact: Engaging and coaching your team to constantly improve routine and process whilst creating a culture of selling with personality, driving pick accuracy and serving our customers with heart and pride.
• Results-focused: Drive best value offering across our online operation, CSI and react to customer feedback to create and execute effective action plans from audits.
• Talent Development: Listen with empathy, driving resilience and encourage ownership, focus and passion for the business by bringing the "Asdaness" to work every day and supporting the development of the team and creating an environment where people feel valued, trusted, and motivated to step up.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.

• Knowledgeof improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
• Strong organisational skills and great customer service.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
