Asda in Small Heath is seeking an Online Manager to lead the day-to-day online operation in store, ensuring availability, driving online performance and keeping vans on the road. • Operational knowledge on Online retail environment.
• Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
• Strong organisational skills and great customer service.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

You will be responsible of the online shrink agenda with structured process and data lead decisions and validating picker and driver resource for the store through effective rota planning making sure the team is driving picking accuracy to guarantee consistency on the online operation.
