What is the opportunity?

We are seeking lecturers interested in developing module content and/or teaching online across several MSc Computing programs. We are particularly interested in expertise in:

• Software Development
• Machine Learning
• Security Testing
• Cyber Security Automation
• Data Science Applications
• Deep Learning Analytics
• Web Development
• Computing and Society
• Digital Forensics

In content creation, you will collaborate with our academic team and e-learning designers to develop materials and assessments. As an online teacher, you will independently conduct teaching, assessments, and supervise research projects/dissertations.

Essential qualifications

• A PhD or significant industry experience in a relevant subject
• Experience teaching postgraduate UK Higher Education
• Experience teaching in UK computing science
• Eligibility for Fellowship of AdvanceHE
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Passion for supporting student success

Desirable qualifications

• Experience in online teaching and learning
• Experience supervising dissertations/research projects
