Job Opportunity: Online IB Biology Tutor

m2r Education is seeking experienced online IB Biology tutors to teach students overseas. These are ongoing assignments where you will conduct 1-2-1 and small group sessions.

This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose days and times that suit your schedule. You must be adaptable to work across different time zones.

Requirements:

1. Experience teaching IB Biology is essential.
2. At least 5 years of full-time teaching experience in a school where English is the medium of instruction.
3. Native-level English communication skills (both written and oral). If English is not your first language, an IELTS score of 8.5 or higher is required.
4. Recognized teaching qualifications (e.g., QTS).
5. Ability to create lesson plans and provide timely feedback.
6. Valid enhanced DBS on the update service or police clearance certificate.
7. Reliable internet connection.
8. Patience, flexibility, motivation, professionalism, and customer focus.

Start dates are ongoing. The hourly rate varies depending on the assignment, qualifications, and experience.

All tutors must provide proof of teaching qualifications, ID, birth certificate or change of name documentation, current DBS or police checks, and contact details for two professional references (one from your current employer). If you reside in or have lived in the UK, you must be enrolled in the DBS update service and have completed safeguarding training within the last 12 months.
