• Oversee academic standards, safeguarding, and compliance with relevant educational regulations.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing school culture focused on student success and well-being.
• Work closely with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication and engagement.
• Drive innovation in online teaching methods and use of educational technologies.
• Collaborate with senior leaders at Cambridge Online Education Ltd. to achieve strategic goals and uphold the school’s ethos and reputation.
• Monitor and report on student progress, outcomes, and school performance.
• Represent and promote the school at online open days, events, and external stakeholder meetings.
