The Role

As an Online Fitness Coach at SW7 Academy, you’ll work closely with clients from all walks of life, designing bespoke training programmes, offering ongoing support, and helping them smash their goals. You’ll blend strong in-person coaching foundations with the latest digital tools to deliver a standout online coaching experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver customised fitness programmes based on individual goals and lifestyles
• Conduct virtual coaching sessions and provide consistent support via video, messaging, and check-ins
• Track progress and adjust plans using data and client feedback
• Communicate clearly and build strong, motivating relationships with clients
• Contribute to SW7 Academy’s growth by collaborating with our team and attending occasional in-person events or sessions
• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification or relevant degree (undergraduate or postgraduate)
• At least 3 years of experience coaching clients face-to-face in a fitness setting
• Comfortable working with clients across a wide spectrum of goals and fitness levels
• Experience writing tailored, effective programmes
• Proven ability to work with high-performing or athletic clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, self-driven, and aligned with our mission to deliver excellence

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have)

• Content creation experience (filming/editing fitness content for social or educational purposes)
