Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions, resolve complaints, respond to inquiries via phone and email, and maintain records.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
- Experience with Amazon and/or Shopify backend is a plus.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Stay calm and professional when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
- Know our products well to answer questions; process orders, forms, and requests.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and communicate with colleagues as needed.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and professional support.
- Be comfortable using computers, Excel, Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Emails), Zoom.
- Previous experience in online customer support is a plus.
Further Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; Master's degree is a plus.
- Reliable with deadlines and capable of working under pressure.
- Professional photography skills using a camera are highly appreciated.
- Create visually appealing website banners and imagery to enhance online shopping.
- Experience in creative jobs like design or social media is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of fulfillment processes or courier tracking systems.
- Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Willdesk).
- Interest in personal care, grooming, or wellness sectors.
