Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions, resolve complaints, respond to inquiries via phone and email, and maintain records.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
  • Experience with Amazon and/or Shopify backend is a plus.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Stay calm and professional when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
  • Know our products well to answer questions; process orders, forms, and requests.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and communicate with colleagues as needed.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and professional support.
  • Be comfortable using computers, Excel, Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Emails), Zoom.
  • Previous experience in online customer support is a plus.
