Role Overview
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and driven Online Content Executive to support the management of the offers on our website and app. This role plays a vital part in delivering a seamless and engaging experience for our members by ensuring partner listings featured on Kids Pass are consistently accurate, high-quality, and up to date.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, confident using online platforms, and customer-focused, with a sharp eye for detail. They will take full ownership of our offers, ensuring they are accurately presented, function smoothly, and create a strong first impression for our users.

Key Responsibilities
Offer Management: Ensure all offers on the Kids Pass platform are up to date, accurate, and visually appealing, including checking images, copy, and pricing. Quality Assurance: Regularly audit and test offers to ensure they work correctly for users, resolving any issues promptly. Content & Copy Management: Ensure promotional descriptions are engaging, clear, and error-free to provide the best user experience. Price Verification & Compliance: Validate pricing claims, substantiations, and offer terms to ensure transparency and accuracy. Availability Monitoring: Track offer availability and proactively manage any changes to prevent outdated or broken deals from appearing. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Support to ensure smooth operation and promotion of offers. Partner Outreach: Request and gather up-to-date content from brands and attractions to ensure all offers remain current, accurate, and engaging for our members. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of offers, track performance metrics, and report key insights for optimisation. User Experience Focus: Consider the user journey, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience that maximises engagement and retention. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any technical or content-related issues that may impact the user experience.
