Location: Leighton Buzzard

Are you an Online CNC Programmer from a Lathes/Turning background looking for a stable, 4 day working week that can offer excellent work-life balance?

The Role

• Operating, setting and programming a wide range of Lathes
• Late shift: Monday to Wednesday 4:30pm - 3:30am, with a 1:00am finish on Thursday
• Optional overtime available

The Company

This company is renowned for offering the tightest tolerances and the highest honing precision in the industry. They have repeat business from multiple F1 competitors, aerospace giants and defence companies. To keep up with demand, they are looking for an experienced Turner to join their friendly, relaxed workshop.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Experience in setting, operating and programming 2-axis lathes
• Proven ability to work to tight tolerances in a precision engineering environment
• Willingness to work the late shift with optional overtime
