The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to accurate assessments and ensuring clients receive tailored recommendations for support and intervention.

This is a fully remote role, offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to work with a dynamic, growing organisation at the forefront of neurodevelopmental assessments.
Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct full ADHD and autism assessments using gold-standard diagnostic tools (e.g., ADOS-2, DIVA-5, WAIS-IV, WISC-V, Conners).
  • Provide formal diagnostic reports with detailed recommendations for treatment, accommodations, and interventions.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with consultant psychiatrists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and ADHD coaches to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Offer psychoeducation and support to clients and their families regarding ADHD, autism, and neurodevelopmental challenges.
  • Maintain clinical records in compliance with GDPR and HCPC guidelines.
  • Attend virtual case discussions and peer supervision to contribute to best practices.
  • Ensure assessments are conducted ethically, professionally, and in line with UK NICE guidelines and DSM-5/ICD-11 criteria.
Requirements
  • HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist (or Chartered Psychologist with the BPS).
  • Proven experience in conducting ADHD and autism assessments in children, adolescents, and/or adults.
  • Strong expertise in psychometric testing and neurodevelopmental evaluations.
  • Excellent report writing skills, with experience producing clear, concise, and high-quality diagnostic reports.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing caseloads efficiently.
  • Experience working within a multidisciplinary team, providing integrated support to clients.
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms for virtual assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional training in ADHD coaching, cognitive-behavioural interventions, or neurodevelopmental therapies.
  • Experience working within NHS and private sector settings.
  • Knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) processes and school-based accommodations.
What We Offer
  • Fully remote role with flexible working hours.
  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
  • The opportunity to work within a supportive and innovative multidisciplinary team.
  • Ongoing CPD opportunities and access to neurodevelopmental research.
  • A growing network of professionals within The Fair Group.
  • Exclusive discounts to education for children and family members
