Overview
Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor that online customers have ordered ready for delivery to their doorsteps, or providing substitutions when items are out of stock. You will use a handset that plans your route around the store, identify what you need to select, and manage the time to complete each shop. You will work behind the scenes handling customer queries, processing orders, and helping to load vans for Home Delivery Drivers. You will build knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations, and you will be ready to serve customers brilliantly, offering help proactively. You may work flexibly across the store as required. Shifts start early (as most start around 4am) in a fast-paced, physical environment.
