About the Role

Vita CV is hiring on behalf of a London-based retail and e-commerce brand for a Remote Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and prior finance admin experience to work remotely with a reputable brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate data entry into accounting software
  • Manage the AP inbox, respond to invoice queries, and maintain records
  • Reconcile statements and assist with payment runs
  • Support month-end closing activities
  • Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve discrepancies

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or finance admin
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • London-based candidates preferred due to occasional in-person meetings
