Join Our Team as an Ongoing Temporary Receptionist!

Are you a friendly and organised individual looking for a new opportunity in the property industry? Our valued client based in Gosforth is seeking a Temporary Receptionist for a minimum of 6 months. If you're ready to make a great first impression and support a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

Position Details:

• Contract Type: Temporary ongoing for 6 months minimum


• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week


• Hourly Rate: £12.75 per hour


• Location: Gosforth


• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors with a warm welcome, ensuring a positive first impression.


• Assist with various administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.


• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.


• Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department or person.


• Ensure all arrangements are in place for visitors and meetings.


• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written. ️


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).


• A friendly and approachable demeanour that makes everyone feel welcome.
