A staffing agency is seeking a chef for an ongoing role at a prison kitchen in Portland, Dorset. The successful candidate will prepare meals for prisoners and work alongside vetted prisoner kitchen assistants. This role requires a full enhanced clean DBS and involves a 6-week rolling rota, including some weekends, offering a competitive rate of £18 per hour. Working at HMP in the kitchen with a team of established chefs on a 6 week rolling rota. This will include preparing all meals for prisoners and working along side vetted prisoner's who work as kitchen assistants. Full enhanced clean DBS required and interview on site. Fantastic opportunity for long term ongoing temp work. £18 p/h. Rota includes some weekends.
