Job Description:

I am looking for a part-time VA for 2-4 hours per week initially, which could grow.

This role involves ongoing support with marketing admin tasks for a specific client, with potential to support other clients and my own business.

The candidate will work alongside me rather than directly with the client, starting from mid/end of May.

Requirements include the ability to learn and use marketing software tools with minimal supervision after training. Tasks include:

  • Using Bitly to create links and QR codes for marketing campaigns.
  • Resizing images with Canva for social media and website use.
  • Uploading content to Squarespace website using existing templates.
  • Scheduling social media posts with Content Studio.
  • Uploading articles to LinkedIn company page.
  • Drafting weekly emails to promote marketing activities.
  • Using Mailchimp to create newsletters from templates.

This is a remote, admin/support role. Native-level English skills are essential.
