Job summary

Wood is recruiting for an OneStream Finance Business Analyst to join the Group Finance Function on a six- to nine-month contract. The role supports the consolidation project to replace Oracle EPM, with hybrid or remote working arrangements available in the UK.

You will be part of the project team, collaborating with our external implementation partner to deliver end-to-end design, requirements, data migration testing, UAT and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Finance background with solid month-end close, consolidation and reporting experience.
• End-to-end project implementation experience including requirements gathering and design.
• Ability to work with local and regional finance teams and provide clear guidance.
• Experience working with an implementation partner.
• Strong written and verbal communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Positive, proactive attitude with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements and design activity to ensure reports meet stakeholder needs.
• Document user stories and process maps for current and future processes.
• Act as main liaison with business to validate requirements and manage changes.
• Create standardised report inventory with core mock-ups.
• Support testing during build and validate functionality against designs.
• Coordinate data migration testing and UAT, resolve issues as needed.
• Assist with training delivery and go-live processes.
• Support process improvements to enable a successful go-live.
