Job Description:

This position is suited to professionals with a strong background in financial consolidation, statutory reporting, and enterprise performance management systems. The successful candidate will work directly with client stakeholders to support the design, configuration, and rollout of consolidation solutions across a range of industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or contribute to the implementation of OneStream for financial consolidation and reporting use cases.
• Collaborate with client finance teams to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring alignment with business and compliance needs.
• Configure consolidation models, rules, hierarchies, workflows, and business logic within the OneStream platform.
• Assist in the design of financial statements, reports, and dashboards.
• Perform data validation, integration mapping, and testing of data flows between ERP systems and OneStream.
• Provide post-implementation support and enhancements to client solutions as required.
• Develop technical documentation, including solution design specifications, configuration guides, and user instructions.
• Support client teams in training, knowledge transfer, and adoption of OneStream capabilities.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience implementing or supporting OneStream for financial consolidation and reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS or GAAP, and intercompany eliminations.
• Familiarity with the technical aspects of OneStream, including business rules, data transformations, and workflow management.
• Experience integrating OneStream with ERP and source systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with finance and technical stakeholders.
• Prior consulting experience or equivalent internal project delivery background within a corporate environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Based in the UK with the ability to work remotely.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements or internal collaboration when necessary.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
