Opportunity

Prologis is offering a unique one-year placement opportunity for a smart, knowledgeable and enthusiastic undergraduate student. You will gain invaluable industrial/logistics realestate development experience, working with some of the leading developers in the UK. The main focus of the placement is our development and leasing business. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to undertake assignments for other departments such as Property Management and Marketing. You will receive high-quality supervision during the placement, and your experience will count towards your APC accreditation. Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Studying towards a relevant degree, such as Property or Real Estate, with a strong academic record and an interest in applying their learning in a practical setting.


• An interest in industrial property or real estate, demonstrated through study, work experience or other relevant activities.


• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.


• Experience with property-specific software is helpful but not essential.


• Clear written and verbal communication skills.


• Able to assess information, draw conclusions and explain the reasoning.


• Awareness of commercial factors, or an interest in developing this during the placement.


• Demonstrates a willingness to use emerging technology, automation and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality and speed.


• Applies sound judgement and creative thinking and takes accountability for outcomes.


• Able to travel within the UK when required.


• Where driving is essential to the role, a valid driving licence is required.


• Eligible to work in the UK for the duration of the placement.


• The successful candidate will need to provide the required evidence of their right to work.
