Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is inviting applications for a one-year Management Placement Programme based in Swansea. As an Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand financial mechanics, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
• Leadership and Development: take the lead in mentoring, training, and developing your own team.

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
