Cooper & Hall Limited in the United Kingdom is offering a one-year Management Placement Programme for graduates seeking real-world business experience. You’ll spend time in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations and more, gaining hands-on exposure in a family-owned, global mobility leader.

As an Intern you’ll start with responsibilities from day one, with mentorship and a structured training plan to build hard and soft skills and a clear career path within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations and inquiries with confidence.

• Understand basic financial mechanics including cost control and profitability concepts.
• Assist in fleet planning, scheduling and logistical optimisation across branches.
• Take the lead in mentoring and developing peers as opportunities arise.
