Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking an ambitious intern for its One Year Management Placement Programme. Based in one of our retail branches, you’ll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and more in a supportive team.

From day one you’ll be mentored, trained through classroom and on‑the‑job learning, and given real responsibilities that help you develop leadership skills and make a meaningful impact in the business.

• Subject or grades do not matter; appetite for challenge and leadership are valued.
• Open to any degree path and predicted grades; enthusiasm matters more than qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences, handle enquiries, build rapport with customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners, grow your network, build relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand cost control and profit & loss basics.
• Operations and Logistics: learn fleet management, planning, and performance driving.
• Leadership and Development: mentor and train teammates, with potential to lead others.
