Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Hemel Hempstead is offering a paid one-year Management Placement for undergraduates. You’ll rotate across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, gaining hands-on experience within a global mobility business.

Based in one of our retail branches, you will contribute from day one, develop strong business acumen, and have clear paths toward progression through our Management Training Programme, with mentorship and real responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Applications open to all undergraduate students.
• Must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve enquiries while building rapport with customers.
• Engage in sales and marketing activities, connecting with local business partners.
• Understand cost control and the basics of profitability in a retail business.
• Learn fleet management, planning and performance improvement in operations/logistics.
• Mentor and develop team members, with opportunities to take leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
