Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Exeter offers a paid One Year Management Placement Programme. As an Intern you’ll gain real world business experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and more—supported by classroom learning and mentorship.

Based in a retail branch, you’ll take on real responsibilities from day one, with pathways for progression and a focus on leadership development within a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be undergraduate university students regardless of university attended.
• Must hold a full manual UK or EU driving licence, with accommodations for disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries, and rapport with customers.
• Engage in sales and marketing activities, building networks with local business partners.
• Understand financial mechanics, cost control, and interpretation of profit and loss statements.
• Learn operations and logistics, fleet planning, and performance improvement.
• Develop leadership skills with coaching and potential team management as you grow.

Responsibilities

You’ll have the chance to apply what you already know, while building a powerful set of hard and soft skills that you might not have expected. You’ll develop skills in:

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.

Qualifications

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
