• Open to all undergraduate students regardless of university attended.
• Full manual UK or EU driving licence required, accommodations for those who can’t drive.

Responsibilities

• Apply existing knowledge while building hard and soft skills across multiple areas.
• Deliver customer service by handling reservations and enquiries with professionalism.
• Engage in sales and marketing activities, building partnerships with local businesses.
• Understand financial mechanics, control costs, and interpret profit and loss statements.
• Learn operations and logistics, fleet management and performance improvement.
• Lead, mentor and develop others as you grow within the programme.

Responsibilities

• You’ll have the chance to apply what you already know, while building a powerful set of hard and soft skills that you might not have expected. You’ll develop skills in:
  • Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
  • Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships.
  • Financial Control and Profitability: understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
  • Operations and Logistics: learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.

Qualifications

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
