Job summary

Enterprise Mobility’s One Year Management Placement Programme offers a paid internship based in one of our retail branches. You’ll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations while being mentored and developed in a supportive environment.

You’ll join a diverse team and have opportunities for promotion, performance bonuses, incentives, and an employee referral rewards program as you grow within the business.

Qualifications

• Open to all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended.
• Must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence.
• No drug or alcohol offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners, grow networks and develop relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand the financial mechanics of a business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: learn fleet management, strategic planning, and performance driving.
• Leadership and Development: mentor, train and develop a team, with potential to lead and promote others as you grow.

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
