Job summary

An educational support provider in Quarrington is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to offer individualised educational support to students with special educational needs. This role involves designing tailored lessons, adapting teaching methods, and collaborating with families and professionals for a holistic approach. Ideal candidates have QTS or equivalent, a minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, and a passion for improving student outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' teaching experience.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
  • Solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering bespoke lessons in Maths, English, and Science.
  • Creating a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment.
  • Promoting independence, resilience, and positive behaviour.

SEN Teacher - One-to-One Education with Purpose

Location:

Sleaford and surrounding areas

Rate:

£30-£35 per hour (PAYE, case dependent)

Working Days:

Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)

Hours:

9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working available)

Specialism:

Individualised teaching for students with SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and medical needs

The Opportunity

Your Role Will Include
