An educational support organization is seeking a SEN Teacher to provide one-to-one teaching for students with diverse needs in Bourne. The role focuses on delivering tailored lessons, building strong relationships, and fostering independence. Ideal candidates will have QTS, at least two years of teaching experience, and a strong understanding of child protection. Flexible hours and a supportive environment offered.
SEN Teacher - Individualised Education That Changes Lives
Location: Bourne and surrounding areas
Rate: £30-£35 per hour (PAYE, case dependent)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Term-Time Only
Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working available)
Focus: One-to-One Teaching | SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and Medical Needs
