Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? Prospero Teaching is recruiting a dedicated One-to-One Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Swansea. As a One-to-One Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students in both small groups and 1:1 settings, assisting with their academic progress and personal development. You will play a key role in creating an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere.

Contract/Position Details:

• Location: Various locations across Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot, Llanelli
• Position: One-to-One Teaching Assistant
• Type of work: Day-to-day and long-term cover in various schools
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: Daily bookings with potential for extension depending on schools
• Contract type: Temporary
• Full-time/Part-time: Depending on school needs
• Minimum rate of pay: £87.90 per day
• Hours: 8:45 am - 3:20 pm (full day), half-day options available

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational setting (not essential)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
