Location: Barnet
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-Time
Salary: 93.48 upwards
We are currently seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a primary student with ADHD, ideally with experience in managing challenging behaviour. The school is based in Barnet, easily accessible from most London suburbs and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide individualised support to a primary student with ASD
  2. Assist with educational activities and classroom integration
  3. Help build a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  4. Collaborate with teachers and specialists to ensure the student is thriving
  5. Monitor and report on the student's progress and development
Requirements:
  1. Experience working with children in a school setting with ADHD or similar needs
  2. Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
  3. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
  4. Relevant qualifications or training in special education (desirable)
