Overview

8-10 hours per week, Term Time Only.

Outwood Academy Bydales is an 11-16 school located in the coastal village of Marske-by-the-Sea, close to the North York Moors National Park with spectacular views of the coastline. We are proud of our tradition of serving the families of the community of Marske and surrounding areas. Our recent Ofsted Inspection recognised the many strengths of the school as we secured judgements of Good across all areas. Responsibilities

• Teach Key Stage 3 and GCSE Maths.
• Contribute to high attainment with over 80% of students securing at least a grade 4 and nearly 70% at least a grade 5.
• Swiftly identify gaps in knowledge and apply 1:1 provision to address them.
• Join a department led by an experienced Head of Department with a shared vision to succeed.
• Support a learning environment that prioritises student outcomes and the importance of maths.
