Job summary

HFH Healthcare in Crawley is seeking Specialist Care Assistants to provide one-to-one support for clients requiring tracheostomy care. Roles are available as full-time and part-time with 12-hour day shifts and a minimum of 24 hours per week.

You will focus on a single client during shifts, delivering personalised care, managing daily activities, and supporting complex healthcare needs under clinical guidance. Training and DBS checks will be provided to succeed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised care and support tailored to the client's needs.
• Assist with personal care, mobility and daily living activities.
• Support clients with complex healthcare needs, including spinal injuries and respiratory care.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate care records.
• Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns.
• Follow individual care plans and clinical guidance.
• Promote independence, dignity and quality of life.
