With your guidance, your store will always remain a safe place to work and shop.

You will be Responsible For

  • Ensuring point of sale and shelf edge labels reflect best practices
  • Taking immediate action on overcharges and preventing reoccurrences
  • Managing queues proactively to enhance the shopping experience
  • Coordinating colleagues to meet daily priorities and manage breaks around trade patterns
  • Being knowledgeable about the store and leading practical improvements
  • Following health and safety routines and ensuring colleagues do the same

  • Being a Keyholder responsible for store security and attending alarm call-outs
  • Monitoring and acting on internal communications to keep colleagues informed
  • Balancing time between service and replenishment tasks
  • Supporting the Store Manager in managing staff absence and conducting return-to-work interviews
