About the role

In this role, you will warmly greet customers, engage with them to understand their needs, recommend products, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Besides excellent customer service, you will need to be a team player, maintaining store appearance, stock levels, and offering services.

You will need

Be ready to put customers at the heart of everything, and as part of the One Stop & Tesco family, you should:

• Greet each customer warmly
• Listen and converse to identify customer needs
• Ensure customers find what they want
• Be passionate and knowledgeable about products and services
• Be punctual, smartly dressed, and ready to serve
• Think 25 when serving age-restricted products
• Work as part of a team to complete store duties
• If applicable, complete a criminal record check for post office duties
