In this role, you will greet customers warmly, engage with them to understand their shopping needs, sell the right products, and ensure a great shopping experience.

You should also be a team player, maintaining store appearance, stock, and services.

You will need

• Greet customers warmly
• Listen to and understand customer needs
• Help customers find products
• Be passionate and knowledgeable about products and services
• Be punctual, smartly dressed, and ready to serve
• Think responsibly when serving age-restricted products
• Work as part of a team to complete store duties
• If applicable, complete a criminal record check for post office duties
