Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed Home Manager to work in an exceptional care home in Belfast, Northern Ireland. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers.

This care home offers high-quality care around the clock, including 24-hour nursing dementia care provided by specialist teams trained to handle the complexities of caring for residents with dementia and other long-term medical conditions.

To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

As the Home Manager, your key responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring the delivery of outstanding care to all residents in a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment, while increasing profitability and developing brand awareness through occupancy and fee rate growth.
2. Overall responsibility for all services and levels of service provided to residents through well-trained, competent, motivated, and enthusiastic employees.
3. Maintaining excellent relationships with the RQIA, complying with legal and statutory requirements, and representing the home as the Registered Manager.
4. Acting as an ambassador to represent the heart and face of the home to key decision-makers, building a reputable presence within the local community, and ensuring the home is the "home of choice" in the area.
5. Working with the Operations Manager and broader operational support team to drive sales, margin growth, and new service development, aiming for positive home performance measured against KPIs.

The preferred and beneficial skills and experience for the role include:
