Qualifications
- GPhC registration and knowledge of professional conduct codes.
- Experience dispensing medicines; hospital experience desirable.
- Knowledge of SACT drugs is a plus.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities; attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, efficient dispensing including oral chemotherapy.
- Perform medicines reconciliation and supply top-ups across the centre.
- Procure, receive, store and distribute medicines with good practice.
- Advise patients on dispensed medicines to support safe use.
- Maintain stock control with rotations and expiry checks.
- Support revenue capture and drug charging processes.
- Contribute to governance, audits and policy updates.
- Maintain a safe working environment per health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, nursing teams and consultants.
