Job summary

Your World is seeking an Oncology Nurse (Band 6) for a locum placement in Guildford, delivering high-quality chemotherapy administration and patient support.

You will lead clinical delivery under supervision, monitor for side effects, maintain oncology protocols, and ensure records meet national standards while collaborating with oncologists and multidisciplinary teams. UK NMC registration and 12 months oncology experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' UK oncology or acute care experience.
• Nursing degree and current NMC registration.
• Right to work in the UK and two references.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and monitor for side effects.
• Maintain oncology-specific protocols and equipment.
• Ensure accurate treatment records meet national guidelines.
• Coordinate with oncologists and MDTs to support care pathways.
