NHS Forth Valley is seeking a pharmacist to join the cancer pharmacist team to develop clinical pharmacy and prescribing skills within a forward-thinking environment.

The post focuses on delivering clinical pharmacy services to inpatient haematology and oncology/haematology outpatients, with a fixed commitment to oncology/haematology and opportunities to contribute to service developments both locally and across the West of Scotland Cancer Network.

Formación

• Registered pharmacist with appropriate regulatory approval.
• Experience in clinical pharmacy and prescribing in oncology/haematology preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and develop clinical pharmacy services for inpatient haematology and oncology/haematology outpatients.
• Support oncology/haematology service development and contribute to West of Scotland Cancer Network initiatives.
