East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust's Kent and Canterbury Hospital in Canterbury is seeking a pharmacist with a strong interest in oncology and haematology to join the Cancer Services team. You will provide specialist clinical pharmacy support across chemotherapy units, the mobile unit, inpatient haematology ward and aseptic services.

The role involves clinical screening of SACT prescriptions, supporting safe chemotherapy pathways and clinical trials, and delivering high-quality

Competenze

• 4-year Master’s degree in Pharmacy from a UK School of Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Completion of Foundation Stage 1 of a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Current UK professional registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy with oncology/haematology exposure is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

• Provide specialist clinical pharmacy input for oncology and haematology prescriptions.
• Support the aseptic production unit and clinical trials, ensuring safety and quality.
• Identify medication-related risks and contribute to safe systems of practice development.
