People2.0 are recruiting for an Onboarding & Contractor Care Specialist to join the wider Contractor Care Team. This role will work closely with several stakeholders with whom you will need to build a strong working relationship including the Sub Regional Contractor Care Team, Sub Regional Payroll & Billing Team, Workers and our Clients.

The Role

The Onboarding & Contractor Care Specialist is responsible for onboarding, daily operations, and ongoing support of contingent and EOR workers in their assigned countries. The role focuses on ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. Once a worker is onboarded and begins their assignment, the Specialist serves as the main point of contact for both the worker and client regarding any engagement-related queries.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by embodying the Customer Commitment in every interaction with clients, workers, and internal teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for contingent and EOR workers, ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements and timelines.
  • Review onboarding documentation for completeness and compliance; follow up with internal stakeholders, workers, and clients to resolve any gaps or clarifications.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, including creating drafts, obtaining necessary approvals, sending for signatures, and handling contract change requests.
  • Ensure accurate data management by setting up and maintaining worker assignment records in the CRM, ensuring high-quality and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and country-specific onboarding tasks such as form completion, registrations, and introductions for new hires.
  • Liaise with clients and external partners to manage the full worker lifecycle, including time tracking, absence management, performance concerns, and terminations.
  • Support payroll and billing processes by inputting monthly data accurately and on time, ensuring workers are paid according to agreement.
  • Stay informed and compliant with employment legislation, health and safety requirements, collective labor agreements, and benefit entitlements across regions.
  • Build strong relationships with workers and clients to support satisfaction, engagement, and long-term success, while continually identifying process improvement opportunities.

What experience are we looking for?

  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Exceptional customer service skills and demeanor. Passionate about providing excellent service to customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Professional and engaging, with solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-directed with the ability to keep up with a very fast-paced environment.
  • Any regional labour leasing experience is desirable.
  • Knowledge and understanding of European labor laws. In particular experience in; Human Resources, Staffing Service
