Job Description

INTRODUCTION:

As a member of our global CX team, you will support our customers in EMEA with realizing first value with Glofox. Your responsibilities include guiding customers through onboarding, acting as a key resource and escalation point for platform queries, and ensuring customer success. We seek an ambitious, customer-centric individual who can work cross-functionally to highlight, prioritize, and seamlessly guide customers through setup while maintaining high engagement and managing blockers. This is a crucial hire for Glofox in EMEA as we scale our customer base. You will work closely with regional leadership to drive onboarding success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Support customers through onboarding by driving product adoption and engaging stakeholders using a consultative approach.
  • Improve KPIs such as onboarding time, customer retention, engagement, and product adoption.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Implementation team for successful data migration and communication.
  • Act as a product and industry champion, leveraging best practices to unblock challenges.
  • Work with Sales to understand value drivers and facilitate smooth transitions post-sale.
  • Utilize enablement and marketing materials for training and product adoption, using personalized messaging.
  • Create feedback loops and align with other departments for optimization.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree with high academic and extracurricular achievement.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in SaaS onboarding, account management, or customer success.
  • Experience managing high-volume onboarding or large customer portfolios with KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder meetings and presentations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High EQ and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, curious, resilient, and solution-oriented.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Experience in health and fitness SaaS or working within fitness clubs/studios.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience.
