The opportunity

As the Onboarding Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new clients as they transition into our services. Acting as a single point of contact, you will guide clients through the onboarding process, offering expert support and building the foundation for long-term success.

In this highly collaborative role, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams to design, implement, and refine onboarding programs and procedures tailored to the unique needs of Government Pricing. You'll also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of onboarding initiatives and driving continuous improvement to enhance client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Role responsibilities

• Manage staff performing duties related to client onboarding, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all client facing work.
• Oversee end to end onboarding processes for new clients, including government pricing (GP) programs and commercial rebate adjudication.
• Lead client meetings and ensure client work is completed according to established budgets, quality standards and timeframe.
• Build relationships with clients and act as a subject matter expert on GP programs (e.g. Medicaid, Medicare Part B, Veteran's Administration).
• Anticipate and communicate project risks for all client solutions.
• Assist staff with determination of effort for potential engagements.
• Support business development opportunities through client relationships, proposals and thought leadership.
• Maintain a current knowledge of legislation related to drug pricing, communicating potential issues proactively to client.
• Manage team capacity, identify and communicate resource risks
• Perform a variety of tasks to assist with departmental advancement and feature testing.
  

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, accounting, finance or technology related field required. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Life Science managed services or pharmaceutical industry experience required.
• Experience with life sciences contracting in the US, including Managed Care contracts, GPO contracts and Government Programs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of large data sets and data tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Excel, etc.).
• Knowledge of company managed service offerings.

Salary range (for US roles only) - $115,100 - $160,000

The provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States,considering factors such as your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an attractive total compensation benefits package designed to reward and support our people.
