A leadership opportunity for an experienced KYC professional to manage and develop a team of 5 onboarding associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and timely client onboarding (targeting a 48-hour turnaround), while driving process improvements and maintaining high regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the onboarding team to meet performance targets.
  • Oversee day-to-day onboarding operations and ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations.
  • Act as an escalation point for client issues and maintain oversight of onboarding quality.
  • Conduct audits and prepare performance and compliance reports.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including use of technology.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in KYC or client onboarding, with proven leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC frameworks and regulatory compliance.
  • Background in financial services or similar regulated industries preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA) are a plus.
