About the Role: Onboarding KYC Analyst (Remote - UK)

We are seeking an Onboarding Analyst to support our Compliance Team. Your main responsibilities will include conducting KYC reviews, assessing risk profiles, and communicating professionally with clients to gather necessary documentation. You will also contribute to regulatory preparations, operational improvements, training, and research projects.

As you grow in this role, you will expand your knowledge of AML, blockchain investigations, and industry best practices, enhancing your skills in detecting suspicious activities and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Secondary education (University or College preferred)
• Experience in analytical or investigative roles
• Experience with name-scanning software like World Check
• Experience with case management software for customer due diligence (CDD/EDD)
• Intermediate AML experience, including customer due diligence and investigations
• Basic knowledge of blockchain technology (advanced in the role)
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with blockchain analytical tools like Chainalysis, Elliptic, Ciphertrace is a plus
