About the Role

We are seeking a talented Ecommerce Implementation Specialist to support customer onboarding onto Base.com, working with top UK e-commerce brands and retailers to deliver impactful implementations that grow their businesses.

Experience

• 3+ years experience implementing Base.com or similar SaaS e-commerce solutions
• Strong understanding of the UK e-commerce landscape and experience with e-commerce retailers and brands
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Experience configuring online stores

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring smooth onboarding and system integration
• Analyse customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Deliver technical demos during onboarding
• Plan and manage project timelines and roadmaps
• Configure and customise Base.com systems
• Design solutions to optimise workflows
• Engage with clients to align solutions with business goals
• Evaluate project success against goals
• Assist customers with tool integration
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation
• Participate in industry events and on-site implementations
