Onboarding & Education Consultant
The Relo Metrics O&E team drives knowledge sharing, process optimisation, product adoption, and scalable educational initiatives to empower our customers and internal teams. Our Consultants excel in delivering technical and product expertise through demos, e-learning, live trainings, documentation, and implementation support.
In this role, you will serve as a project manager for customer onboarding and implementation in the UK and EU markets (and international as needed), and contribute to development of ongoing customer education through scalable, innovative training and certification strategies.This role places heavy emphasis on collaboration with our UK team members to deliver appropriate customer experiences that drive platform adoption and time to value. This is a hybrid role located in our London office with an expectation of working 3 days/week in-office.

At Relo Metrics,competitive base pay is a part of a total rewards package which also includes benefits and wellness. The reasonable estimated base pay range for this role is from £40,000-£50,000 annually. The actual amount may be higher or lower. Individual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant qualifications, work location, and labor market conditions.
